PDA TRI Training – STAQ

Columbus, OH | June 2–4, 2026
Networking Event: Wednesday Evening, June 3, 2026

This interactive training course is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the principles, practices, and regulatory expectations of aseptic processing in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Through a combination of expert‑led classroom instruction and hands‑on learning, participants will gain practical insight into the critical elements required to support compliant aseptic operations.

Course content covers key topics including environmental monitoring, cleanroom behavior, sterilization technologies, filtration, contamination control strategies, and facility design. Emphasis is placed on real‑world application through simulations and practical demonstrations conducted in ISO 5 / Grade A cleanroom environments.

Participants will actively engage in exercises such as gowning qualification, aseptic technique, cleaning and disinfection practices, aseptic process simulations (media fills), and contamination control decision‑making, reinforcing concepts through experiential learning.

To complement the technical program, registrants are invited to a networking event on Wednesday evening, June 3, offering a relaxed setting to connect with peers, instructors, and industry colleagues while continuing discussions sparked during the training.

Upon completion of the course, participants will leave with a solid understanding of how to effectively operate within an aseptic environment and support regulatory compliance and robust sterility assurance programs
